Lew Gordon, Founder
Lew is a global operations executive with extensive experience in optimizing operations, maximizing functional efficiency and turning around struggling businesses. He’s an innovative problem solver that builds and develops high performance teams. An excellent communicator, he interacts easily with stakeholders and customers. He is passionate about having an active role in helping a company build sustainable solutions that decrease cost, increase efficiency and increase customer satisfaction.
Lew has worked internationally developing Industry 4.0 sites and solving problems that include processes, people, and behaviors throughout the world. His prior experience includes working with the U.S. Defense industry, FDA-Compliant manufacturing, U.S. Army Global Logistics, global engineering and construction firms, Design processes and Value Engineering, and the healthcare industry including emergency medical services.
Lew contributes to his community through Tiny Spirits, a non-profit organization committed to Compassion, Caring, Community through miniature horse therapy visits.

I work with customer situations where I can leverage my strong operations background to help businesses increase efficiency and grow. I can solve problems, manage change and transformation, develop processes to increase performance and efficiency and enable smooth M&A integrations. Additionally, I will work with the senior team to develop and implement strategic growth plans and serve as a mentor to ensure the company maintains a strong talent pipeline for future sustainability.
